Social Media Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging content.

Qualification

  • Minimum D3 Multimedia Education
  • Have a good understanding of grammar and language guidlines
  • Have good accuracy
  • Able tooperate MS Office (Power Point)
  • Have editing creativity in making attractive and interactive presentation displays
  • Have a willingness to research the material to be presented
  • Attach a portofolio

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordination with the product development department for Power Point design needs
  • Create a design concept based on Power Point Content
  • Follow design trends, and stay up to date with the latest design and evolving technologies in the industry to create relevant designs

Assistant Trainer


Qualification

  • Minimum S1 Public Health Education
  • Have accuracy in working
  • Have a special understanding of the field of K3
  • Have a willingness to research deeply on the material presented
  • Having experiences a teaching assistant is preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review teaching materials by SKKNI/Unit of competency that has been provided
  • Prepare a training proposal plan
  • Prepare pre-test and post-test materials for each training
  • Check the power points that have been made by the editor team
